Retractify only collects the data required to process payments, generate licenses, provide the plugin download, and answer support requests.

Processed data

Purchase email, Stripe identifiers (customer, subscription, session), license key and activation status, and information sent through the support form.

Purposes

Contract performance (payment, plugin delivery, license activation), customer support and operational follow-up, plus security and abuse prevention (webhooks, download control).

Processors

Retractify relies on Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional emails), and Cloudflare R2 (plugin ZIP storage).
