Terms of sale

These terms apply to sales of Retractify licenses (annual subscription) and related service options. In case of contractual conflict, the version published here prevails.

1. Scope

Retractify provides a WordPress/WooCommerce plugin, private updates, and technical support. The distributed code remains GPL-compatible; the commercial value is tied to the SaaS license, update infrastructure, and services.

2. Pricing and billing

The prices displayed on the pricing page exclude possible banking fees and include VAT where applicable depending on the billing country. Subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe unless canceled before the next renewal date.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, the license key and download link are provided by email and on the confirmation page. Access may be suspended in case of fraud, payment disputes, or violation of these terms.

4. Support

Standard support is provided by email. Target first response: 24 business hours. Custom development requests are not included unless explicitly offered.

5. Termination

Cancellation stops automatic renewal at the next renewal date. Already paid access remains active until the end of the current period, except in case of serious breach of the terms.
