Refund policy
This policy covers refunds for Retractify subscriptions and related service options.
1. Annual subscription
You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment, except in case of clear abuse. After that period, amounts already charged are not refunded for the current term.
2. Renewal
Automatic renewals can be canceled at any time for the next period. Once renewal has been charged, refunds are handled case by case depending on usage and the request date.
3. Installation option
The installation option is refundable as long as the service has not started. If the service has been partially or fully delivered, the refund may be prorated.
4. Process
Send your request to support@retractify.ch and include your purchase email, license key, and reason. We reply within 24 business hours with the decision and next steps.
5. Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banking delays may vary depending on the issuer, often between 5 and 10 business days.
